Vehicle Requirements. The following shall be considered minimum Vehicle requirements. The Authorized User shall include supplemental required specifications for Vehicles specified in a Mini-Bid. Unless otherwise indicated, all items specified which are listed on the OEM Pricelist as standard or optional equipment shall be factory installed and operative. Vehicles delivered to an Authorized User in a condition considered to be below retail customer acceptance levels will not be accepted. Items which determine this acceptance level shall include, but not be limited to, the general appearance of the interior and exterior of the vehicle for completeness and quality of workmanship, lubrication and fluid levels, with any leaks corrected, mechanical operation of the vehicle and all electrical components operational. Product specified to be furnished and installed which is not available through the OEM shall conform to the standards known to that particular industry, both product and installation.

Vehicle Requirements. You acknowledge and agree that your Vehicle shall at all times be: (a) properly registered and licensed to operate as a passenger transportation vehicle in the Territory; (b) owned or leased by you, or otherwise in your lawful possession; (c) suitable for performing the passenger transportation services contemplated by this Agreement; and (d) maintained in good operating condition, consistent with industry safety and maintenance standards for a Vehicle of its kind and any additional standards or requirements in the applicable Territory, and in a clean and sanitary condition.
Vehicle Requirements. Owner must approve of any Vehicle proposed to be stored. Owner permits only and storage of boats, covered or enclosed trailers, trucks, RV, and cars which meet the guidelines of stated in this Rental Agreement. The intent of this Rental Agreement is to store Vehicles for long term storage. Further, the Vehicle must display current state registration and must have all tires (or trailer tires) inflated. The Vehicle must be in good operating condition and must be driven onto the Facility and into the Rented Space (unless a boat on a trailer). The Vehicle must have no broken glass and visible rust must be less than 5% of the total surface of the Vehicle. If the Vehicle will be absent from the Rented Space for more than ten (10) consecutive days, Renter agrees to notify Owner of Renter’s intent to remove the Vehicle for an extended period of time and advise Owner of the estimated return date for the Vehicle. Trailer wheels must be blocked or chocked. Only approved chocks may be used. Trailer tongues and kick stands must be placed on wood or other stands so as not to damage the ground of Rented Space or the asphalt of the Facility.
Vehicle Requirements. 882 Contractor shall provide a fleet of Collection Vehicles sufficient in number and capacity to efficiently 883 perform the work required by the Agreement in strict accordance with its terms. Contractor shall have 884 available sufficient back-up Vehicles for each type of Collection Vehicle used to respond to scheduled 885 and unscheduled maintenance, service requests, complaints, and emergencies. All such Vehicles shall 886 have watertight bodies designed to prevent leakage, spillage, or overflow. Contractor specifically 887 acknowledges that the County is within an "Extreme Non-Attainment Area" for criteria pollutants that 888 are associated with, among other things, the operation of heavy duty vehicle fleets. All such Vehicles 889 shall comply with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations including, without limitation, safety 890 and emissions. Contractor has represented to the County that Contractor’s fleet is compliant with all 891 such Applicable Laws at the date of the execution of this Agreement. Contractor may not seek any 892 compensation from County or through the Rates charged to Customers to come into compliance with 893 any Applicable Law in effect as of the date of the execution of this Agreement. 894 Collection Vehicles shall present a clean appearance while providing service under this Agreement. 895 Contractor shall inspect each Vehicle daily to ensure that all equipment is operating properly. Vehicles 896 that are not operating properly shall be taken out of service until they are repaired and operate 897 properly. Contractor shall repair, or arrange for the repair of, all of its Vehicles and equipment for which 898 repairs are needed because of accident, breakdown or any other cause so as to maintain all equipment 899 in a safe and operable condition.
Vehicle Requirements. 28.1 Contractor shall only provide Renters with rental vehicles with fewer than 35,000 miles, unless authorized in writing in advance by the Department to offer vehicles with higher mileage. Contractor certifies that odometer and original miles are the same and are accurate. 28.2 All vehicles supplied to Renters must have the following minimum standard equipment: automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, power locks, power windows, air conditioning, AM/FM radio, air bags (if available from manufacturer) and all season radial tires. 28.3 Contractor shall equip and maintain all rental vehicles to meet all federal, state and local vehicle safety standards, codes, and ordinances. 28.4 At time of vehicle pickup, Contractor shall deliver to the Renter a vehicle that has been properly serviced, has the proper fluid and coolant levels, and is in clean condition (inside and out). All vehicles should be in a like-new condition with no body damage or mechanical problems. 28.5 In inclement winter weather, upon request, vehicle must be equipped with snow tires or chains as appropriate and furnished with an ice scraper. Contractor may charge the additional fee, if any, identified in the Contract for the rental of tire chains. On request from Renter, Contractor shall provide instruction to the Renter on the proper installation of tire chains. Renters are not responsible for chain damage to the vehicle. 28.6 If available, Contractor shall provide hand controls for the disabled when requested by the Renter. 28.7 All vehicles rented under this Contract shall be non-smoking.
Vehicle Requirements. 7.1 All Taxicabs must be free of any body damage, and any damage must be repaired within thirty (30) days. 7.2 Roof signs must be kept in good working order and in good condition with company logo clearly visible front and rear. 7.3 All taxicabs are to be black or the darkest blue of the model year or GM 1980, code 29 and must be approved by Blue Line Taxi Management before going on as a taxicab. 7.4 All seatbelts are to be functional and available for use by passengers at all times. 7.5 All vehicles must be 4 door, standard mid-size and up, and be able to accommodate up to 4 passengers and the driver. 7.6 All new radio and meter equipment must be approved by Company, prior to installation to ensure equipment is compatible with computer dispatch system. 7.7 All newly added vehicles are to be free of window tinting for the life of the vehicle under the Blue Line roof sign.
Vehicle Requirements x. XXXX members shall maintain auto liability insurance insuring the DOVE members RV (and any other DOVE member vehicle used in connection with this Agreement) and at a minimum meeting the statutory liability insurance requirements of the state in which the DOVE member’s RV or other vehicle is registered, and ensure that such insurance is kept current while volunteering for the Red Cross. b. No vehicle under this Agreement may be equipped with emergency lights, sirens or other similar devices to indicate it is an official emergency vehicle. x. XXXX members RVs parked near a disaster site shall comply with the applicable provision of the Escapees code of camping etiquette including such items as practicing safety precautions, leaving an area cleaner than originally found, parking the RV away from the normal flow of traffic where possible, not using leveling jacks on asphalt without ground pads, and not leaving personal items outside an RV.

Vehicle Requirements. Contractor vehicles must meet the requirements set forth below: F 2.1 Vehicles used in conjunction with this Agreement must be those originally presented with the Proposal for this Agreement. Any vehicle exchanges must be equal or better than originally offered vehicles and the change must be noted and submitted on a Vehicle Manifest for approval by the PCSU prior to use. F 2.2 Contractor shall provide vehicles that meet all state and federal laws relating to motor vehicles operating within the states of Oregon and Washington. The vehicles must be capable of providing transportation to and from the fireline. Contractor shall ensure that seat belts in operable condition are available and used by every passenger in any vehicle while in motion. F 2.3 Government reserves the right to conduct vehicle safety inspections at the DDL, the Incident location or at any other location when Government deems such inspections to be necessary. F 2.4 Government reserves the right to reject any Crew from participation in the Incident if the Crew’s vehicle is determined to be unsafe for operation. At its discretion, and on a case-by-case basis, Government may allow Contractor to bring the vehicle into compliance or replace it within 24 hours or as agreed upon by Government. If the vehicle is not brought into compliance or replaced as allowed by Government, and Government elects to hire the Crew, the Government shall provide needed transportation at Contractor’s expense and the Incident will become the Point of Hire. F 2.5 Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining Contractor's vehicles in good condition and working order at all times. F 2.6 All vehicles used under this Agreement by Contractor must be registered to the Contractor. All vehicles, including rental vehicles, used by Contractor to transport Crew Members must be registered with US DOL to meet MSPA requirements. Contractor’s Farm Labor Contractor Certificate of Registration must include all registered vehicles being used and the authorization to transport Crew Members must appear on the Certificate. If the Contractor directs or requests Crew Members to carpool, the registration requirement is still applicable. Commercial rental vehicles that are not identified and registered under MSPA for a Contractor are noncompliant and are not to be utilized to transport Crew Members. F 2.7 Any driver who transports workers for a fee or at the direction of the Contractor must meet MSPA requirements and have a current US DOL ...
Vehicle Requirements. (1) Except for TNC Vehicles, all vehicles must be of a uniform coloring approved by the City of Xxxxxxx and must be clearly marked identifying it as a taxi. Magnetic or temporary vehicle signs are not permitted. (2) Except for TNC Vehicles, all vehicles must have an operating permit issued by the City of Xxxxxxx and the Xxxxxxx Airport along with a current windshield sticker. (3) Vehicles must be in good repair, clean, well maintained and in sound mechanical condition. (4) Vehicles must meet United States Department of Transportation Standards for safety and operation on an ongoing basis. (5) Motor coaches must have adequate seating for all passengers. If there are more passengers than seats, the coach must be equipped with handrails and stanchions for each passenger to secure themselves during the trip. All vans and town cars must have properly inspected and working seatbelts to assure all passengers maximum safety. (6) Coach vehicles must have working air conditioning systems designed especially for rapid cooling of a coach when fully loaded in Central Florida weather conditions. All vans must be equipped with working dual or comparably efficient air conditioning systems to assure comfort for all customers, even those in the back of a full van. (7) Coach vehicles must be equipped with sufficiently wide aisles to allow for safe and efficient loading and unloading of guests. All vans must be equipped with auxiliary step stools to enable all passengers to load and unload safely from the vehicle. (8) Vehicles must be maintained to standards acceptable to the Airport. Clean exteriors and interiors are required. Each vehicle must be properly equipped with all required safety and handicapped assistance equipment and each driver properly instructed on how to use such equipment.
Vehicle Requirements. 7.1 Contractor shall provide Renters with rental vehicles with fewer than 35,000 miles, unless authorized in writing in advance by the Department to offer vehicles with higher mileage. Contractor certifies that odometer and original miles are accurate. In the event that Contractor has no vehicles with fewer than 35,000 miles available for rental, Contractor may offer the Renter a rental vehicle with more than 35,000 miles. If the Renter does not accept the rental vehicle, no vehicle will be deemed available and Contractor will be subject to the provisions of Section 35 herein. 7.2 All vehicles supplied to Renters must have the following minimum standard equipment: automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, power locks, power windows, air conditioning, AM/FM radio, air bags, cruise control, and all- season radial tires. In the event that Contractor has no vehicles with cruise control available for rental, Contractor may offer the Renter a rental vehicle without cruise control. If the Renter does not accept the rental vehicle, no vehicle will be deemed available and Contractor will be subject to the provisions of Section 35 herein. 7.3 Contractor shall equip and maintain all rental vehicles to meet all federal, state, and local vehicle safety standards, codes, and ordinances. 7.4 At the time of vehicle pickup, Contractor shall deliver to the Renter a Clean Vehicle that has been properly serviced. Contractor shall ensure that the vehicle is in good and working order and that the vehicle is not displaying warning lights or symbols, the vehicle has the proper fluid and coolant levels, the tires have been inspected for tread wear and inflation level, the breaks are not squealing, and wiper blades are functional. All vehicles should be in Excellent or Very Good Condition with no body damage or mechanical problems. 7.5 In inclement winter weather, upon request, vehicle must be equipped with snow tires or chains as appropriate and furnished with an ice scraper. Contractor may charge the additional fee, if any, identified in the rental agreement for the rental of tire chains. On request from Renter, Contractor shall provide instruction to the Renter on the proper installation of tire chains. Renters are not responsible for chain damage to the vehicle. 7.6 If available, Contractor shall provide hand controls for the disabled when requested by the Renter. 7.7 All vehicles rented under this Contract shall be non-smoking.
