Common use of ROLLING ADMISSION Clause in Contracts

ROLLING ADMISSION. The Government reserves the right to solicit additional IDIQ-MAC holders. The purpose of this RFP is to receive proposals for award of the USV FoS IDIQ-MAC. The period of performance of the base period shall be approximately five (5) years from date of contract award (with the potential of a five (5) year ordering period option). The Government will assess the quality of performance by each IDIQ-MAC holder, the number, value and complexity of work assigned to each holder and amount of competition achieved and whether revisions are needed to the scope of the Statement of Work. Based on these criteria and if it is in the best interest of the Government, the PCO may solicit for additional IDIQ-MAC holders to this contract.
