Rolling Forecasts and Orders. On a monthly basis COPLEY will provide HMRI with 12-▇▇▇▇▇ rolling forecasts by package size (SKU) and by distributor. The first rolling forecast will be due upon execution of this Agreement. COPLEY will be obligated to place ▇▇▇▇▇s and purchase from HMRI the following: a. 100% of the amounts forecast for the first three months of each rolling forecast; and
