Rolling Stock, Aircraft. Grantor has no interest in any rolling stock or other railroad equipment or aircraft or aircraft parts (including engines and avionics).
Rolling Stock, Aircraft. No Debtor shall obtain any interest in any rolling stock or other railroad equipment or aircraft or aircraft parts (including engines and avionics), other than rolling stock or other railroad equipment or aircraft or aircraft parts described in Schedule 12, unless such Debtor complies with Sections 4.01(a) and 4.17.
Rolling Stock, Aircraft. No Debtor shall obtain any interest in any rolling stock or other railroad equipment or aircraft, other than the aircraft described in Schedule 11, unless such Debtor complies with Section 4.19. If an Event of Default exists and upon Secured Party’s request, Debtor shall cause to be taken any and all steps necessary to perfect the Lien in favor of Secured Party under applicable Law.
