Rollover of BluesCONNECT Accounts. Effective as of January 1, --------------------------------- 2000, (i) all BluesCONNECT Accounts under the BluesCONNECT Agreement shall become Participating Accounts under this Agreement and (ii) NMS shall provide Core and non-Core Services to those former BluesCONNECT Accounts in accordance with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the compensation terms set forth in Schedule I hereto. The foregoing shall not apply to the IKON Account and other Participating Accounts which receive a limited number of Core and/or Non-Core Services. Those limited service Accounts shall continue to be handled under the pricing in place as of the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Set Up Accounts (a) Bank shall establish and maintain the following accounts ("Accounts"):

As provided by Rule 4.20(c) of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “CFTC”), no other funds shall be deposited into the Company’s trading accounts or commingled with Company investments.
