Common use of Rollover or Conversion of Accommodations Clause in Contracts

Rollover or Conversion of Accommodations. (a) Subject to Sections 3.10(d) and 6.2, Article 9 and Article 10, the Borrower will be entitled to Rollover one type of Accommodation (other than Letters of Credit) into the same type of Accommodation under the same Tranche under which such Accommodation was made or Convert one type of Accommodation into another type of Accommodation under the same Tranche under which such Accommodation was made on the terms herein provided.

Rollover or Conversion of Accommodations. (a) Subject to Sections 3.10(d) and 6.2Section 5.2, Article 9 8 and Article 109, the Borrower will be entitled to effect a Rollover of one type of Accommodation (other than Letters of Credit) into the same type of Accommodation under the same Tranche under which such Accommodation was made Credit Facility or Convert to effect a Conversion of one type of Accommodation into another type of Accommodation under the same Tranche under which such Accommodation was made Credit Facility on the terms herein provided.
