Common use of ROOF AND OTHER AREAS Clause in Contracts

ROOF AND OTHER AREAS. 10.1 It is hereby made expressly clear and agreed that the ultimate Roof of the building shall be and/or has been agreed to be the roof over and above the fourth floor of the said building whereon various installations such as water tank, lift roof, dish antennae and other utilities are installed (hereinafter referred to as the ROOF)
