Common use of Roof; Awnings and Projections Clause in Contracts

Roof; Awnings and Projections. Tenant shall not install any aerial, antennae, satellite dish or any other device on the roof, exterior walls or Common Areas of the Center. Tenant may install and have access to rooftop HVAC equipment only to the extent approved or required by Landlord from time to time in connection with Tenant's obligations under Articles 10 and 11 of this Lease. No awning or other projection shall be attached by or for Tenant to the exterior walls of the Premises or the building of which it is a part.
