Common use of Roof Damage Clause in Contracts

Roof Damage. Any damage to the roof or any other portion of the Building resulting from Tenant’s installation, operation, use, maintenance or removal of the Equipment, including without limitation, leakage, water damage or damage to the roof membrane, shall be repaired by Landlord at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for any costs and expenses so incurred by Landlord within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s written request and copies of invoices therefor. Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, provide protection to the roof membrane as Landlord may reasonably deem necessary so that such membrane is not damaged in connection with Tenant’s installation, operation, use, maintenance or removal of Equipment.
