Common use of Rooftop Installation Area Clause in Contracts

Rooftop Installation Area. 41.1. Tenant may use those portions of the Building designated by Landlord from time to time as a “Rooftop Installation Area” (the “Rooftop Installation Area”) solely to operate, maintain, repair and replace rooftop antennae, mechanical equipment, communications antennas and other equipment installed by Tenant in the Rooftop Installation Area in accordance with this Article (“Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment”). Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment shall be only for Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use.

Tenant may use those portions of the Building designated by Landlord from time to time identified as a “Rooftop Installation Area” by Landlord from time to time (the “Rooftop Installation Area”) solely to operate, maintain, repair and replace rooftop antennae, mechanical equipment, communications antennas and other equipment installed by Tenant in the Rooftop Installation Area in accordance with this Article (“Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment”). Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment shall be only for Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use.

Rooftop Installation Area. 41.1. 6.1 Tenant may use those portions of the roof of the Building designated approved in writing by Landlord from time to time as a “Rooftop Installation Area” (the “Rooftop Installation Area”) solely to operate, maintain, repair and replace rooftop antennae, mechanical equipment, communications antennas and other equipment installed by Tenant in the Rooftop Installation Area in accordance with this Article (“Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment”). Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment shall be only for Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use.
