Rooftop Installation Area. 45.1. Tenant may use a portion of the roof reasonably acceptable to Landlord and Tenant (the “Rooftop Installation Area”) for installation of equipment as described in the Approved Plans (“Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment”). Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment shall be only for Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use.

Rooftop Installation Area. 45.140.1. Tenant may use a portion of the roof reasonably acceptable to Building’s rooftop designated by Landlord in Landlord’s sole and Tenant absolute discretion (the “Rooftop Installation Area”) for installation of solely to operate, maintain, repair and replace rooftop antennae, mechanical equipment, communications antennas and other equipment as described installed by Tenant in the Approved Plans Rooftop Installation Area in accordance with this Article (“Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment”). Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment shall be only for Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use.
