Room Arrangement Clause Samples
The Room Arrangement clause defines the specific requirements and responsibilities related to the setup and configuration of rooms for an event or service. It typically outlines details such as the number of rooms, their layout, equipment to be provided, and any special accommodations needed. For example, it may specify that a conference room must be arranged in a classroom style with audiovisual equipment set up prior to the event. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of expectations regarding room preparation, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and ensuring the event runs smoothly.
Room Arrangement. Guest Groups may rearrange tables and chairs within a room to meet their needs but must restore rooms to their original configuration at the conclusion of the event. Requests to move furnishings from room to room must be approved in advance by the administration.
Room Arrangement. The community room is equipped with 10 six-foot tables, 48 folding chairs. The tables and chairs may be set up as desired but must be returned to the original arrangement or storage position at the end of the meeting/event. All set up, breakdown and cleanup shall be the responsibility of the user. No city staff is available for help set up, break down or cleanup. No items shall be taped or tacked to the walls, doors, windows, or any other surface. ALL SETUP AND CLEANUP MUST BE ACCOMPLISHED WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD FOR WHICH THE ROOM IS RENTED.
Room Arrangement. Should the Grantee require that furniture be reconfigured, arrangements need to be made with Parasol Staff, at minimum, seven business days in advance of event to schedule this service. A separate fee may be charged for this service.
Room Arrangement. Each room may be 4-5 students depending hotel arrangement when we arrive. If there are 5 per room there will be 2 double beds and 1 rollaway. Identification: Students must have a valid drivers license(make sure it has not expired) your driver’s license must be carried at all times on the trip. Your students will not be able to board the plane without it.
Room Arrangement. The organization requesting training shall provide comfortable chairs and tables for the training session. Participants shall be arranged so that they can see the screen without straining their neck. The S’cool Moves’ trainer or speaker requires two (2) tables placed at the front of the room. A bouquet of flowers (fresh greenery from a garden perks up the look of the presenter’s table) shall be placed on one table and on the other table shall be placed the Audio/Visual Equipment.

While Licensee is allowed to rearrange furniture within an assigned space, he/she must (1) not violate any University and/or housing policies in doing so and (2) must return all furniture to its original arrangement prior to vacating the assigned space.
