Root Canal Therapy Sample Clauses

The Root Canal Therapy clause defines the terms and conditions under which a dental provider will perform root canal treatment on a patient. It typically outlines the scope of the procedure, including the affected tooth or teeth, the steps involved in cleaning and sealing the root canals, and any follow-up care required. This clause ensures that both parties understand the nature of the treatment, the responsibilities of the provider, and any associated costs or risks, thereby promoting transparency and informed consent.
