ROSTER OF MEMBERS. Names, addresses and telephone numbers of all unit members (except for those unit members who have indicated in writing that such information be kept confidential) shall be provided to the Association without cost no later than November 1 of each school year. 5.5.1 The District shall supply the Association with a list of names and addresses of all new teachers no later than ten (10) work days after they have been hired (with the same exception as noted in 5.5 above).
