Common use of RoU Claim Notice Clause in Contracts

RoU Claim Notice. (a) Either party wishing to make a request pursuant to paragraph 2.6(b) or paragraph 2.7(b) must notify the other that a Restriction of Use is a Type 2 Restriction of Use or a Type 3 Restriction of Use and that the circumstances in paragraph 2.6(b) or 2.7(b) (as applicable) apply within 56 days of the RoU Trigger Date relating to the Period in which that Restriction of Use commences.
