Route for the Pipeline. 7. (1) As soon as practicable during their studies under Clause 6, and from time to time during those studies as required by either of the parties hereto, the Joint Venturers shall meet with the Minister to seek agreement on a route for the Pipeline and the land required for the Pipeline. In seeking such agreement, regard shall be had to achieving a balance between engineering matters including Pipeline costs, the nature and use of any lands concerned and interests therein and the cost to both parties of acquiring the land.
