Route Segment Selection Sample Clauses

Route Segment Selection. If requested to do so by Grantee, Grantor will (a) advise Grantee regarding the degree to which pole or conduit space will be available for any potential post-Grantee prospective attacher on any Route Segment which Grantee is considering for a Network Addition, and (2) will assist Grantee in selecting Route Segments where additional attachment space is likely to be available following installation of the Cable along such new Route Segments.
