Routine Investigation Sample Clauses
The Routine Investigation clause establishes the right or obligation for one party to conduct regular checks or assessments related to the subject matter of the agreement. Typically, this clause allows for periodic inspections, audits, or reviews to ensure compliance with contractual terms, such as verifying the quality of goods, adherence to safety standards, or accuracy of records. Its core practical function is to provide ongoing oversight and assurance, helping to identify and address issues early, thereby reducing the risk of non-compliance or disputes.
Routine Investigation. (a) Incident Severity Levels 1 and 2 (Category B) are classified as general Incidents requiring Aurizon Network a routine Investigation and shall be managed by Aurizon Network but conducted by the Operator on terms of reference provided by Aurizon Network unless otherwise agreed by the Parties. SAF/STD/0012/COM Accident and Incident Reporting, Recording and Investigation sets out the reporting requirements for various Incident Severity Levels.
(b) The Operator shall provide Aurizon Network with a copy of any report produced as a result of a routine Investigation conducted under this Clause 1.1 and the Parties shall cooperate in the implementation of all recommendations reasonably made as part of that report.
