ROW and Other Requirements. i. The Pueblo and the County agree that Federal law, including 25 U.S.C. §§ 323- 328 and 25 CFR Part 169, controls the application, granting and administration of ROWs on Pueblo Lands, including any ROWs applied for or granted pursuant to this Agreement.
