Royalties and Duration. Licensee shall pay a royalty to FCDI on Net Sales of each Specified Product on a Specified Product-by-Specified Product and country-by-country basis in accordance with the tables set forth below commencing on First Commercial Sale of each such Specified Product in each country and ending on the [***] anniversary of First Commercial Sale of such Specified Product in such country (the “Royalty Term”).
