Common use of Royalties and Licenses Clause in Contracts

Royalties and Licenses. The Seller has no obligation to compensate any Person for the use of any of its Proprietary Rights nor has the Seller granted to any Person any license, option or other rights to use in any manner any of its Proprietary Rights, whether requiring the payment of royalties or not, except as set forth in Section 4.25 of the Disclosure Schedule.
