Royalty and Other Burdens on Production. Plant Supplier shall be solely responsible for accounting to or paying to the lessors, royalty owners and the owners, if any, of oil payments, overriding royalties, or other interests in production, under the lease or leases in the field or fields covered hereunder for their share, if any, of the Products or the proceeds derived therefrom attributable to the gas processed for Plant Supplier’s account hereunder.
