ROYALTY AND OTHER INTERESTS. Supplier is responsible for all payments to the owners of all working interests, mineral interests, royalties, overriding royalties, bonus payments, production payments, and the like. Processor assumes no liabilities or duties to Supplier’s working or mineral interest, royalty, or other interest owners under this Agreement.
