  • PROGRESS AND ROYALTY REPORTS 8.1. For the period beginning January 1st 2007, LICENSEE will submit to REGENTS a semi-annual progress report covering LICENSEE’s activities related to the development and testing of all LICENSED PRODUCTS, LICENSED SERVICES and LICENSED METHOD and the obtaining of necessary governmental approvals, if any, for marketing in the United States.
