Royalty Charges. The Parties agree not to charge a royalty, tax or similar levy on any share of Petroleum produced from the jurisdiction of another Party as apportioned under a Unitization Agreement, without prior written agreement of that other Party, notwithstanding the location of the installations from which the Petroleum is produced.
Royalty Charges. Licensee shall pay to Licensor royalties in a sum equal to 45% of the gross revenue of Licensee in respect of the Software licensed under this Agreement.
Royalty Charges. We charge for the commercial reproduction of images in broadcast and print. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they are not in breach of copyright. Standard terms set out in the above agreement apply to the reproduction of images. The Agreement does not waive copyright.
