Royalty Elimination. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Inari shall have no obligation to make any further payments pursuant to Section 4.2 or 4.4 beginning twelve (12) months after the license granted to Inceptus pursuant to the Drexel Agreement becomes royalty free pursuant to Section 10.2(b) of the Drexel Agreement.
