Common use of Royalty Free Licenses Clause in Contracts

Royalty Free Licenses. Except with respect to CPC’s obligation to pay Maxygen amounts due to Third Parties as set forth in Section 2.5, the licenses granted to CPC under this Section 2.1 shall be fully paid up and royalty-free.
