Common use of Royalty License Fee Clause in Contracts

Royalty License Fee. In consideration for the rights granted to Licensee by this Agreement, the Licensee shall pay and deliver to Licensor as Royalty License Fee for the rights granted by this License Agreement the payments and other consideration listed and described on the EXHIBIT 'B' attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
