Royalty Overpayment. In the event SPL pays Pharmacopeia royalties in excess of the amounts due under Section 5.5.1 herein, SPL shall promptly notify Pharmacopeia providing a written explanation of the amount of overpayment. Any such overpayment shall be fully creditable against royalties subsequently due hereunder.
