Common use of ROYALTY PAYMENT REPORT Clause in Contracts

ROYALTY PAYMENT REPORT. Not more than once every twelve (12) months, upon Xxxxxx’s written request, Xxxxxx will promptly provide to Lessor a report detailing the amounts, dates, and calculations of all royalties paid under this Lease. Lessor may elect to have such report and its source information audited to determine the accuracy of the report. If Lessor identifies an error in royalties paid, Xxxxxx will notify Lessee in writing of the error, and Xxxxxx will have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the notice to (i) remit all previously unpaid royalties to Lessor, plus interest as specified in the Rules, and (ii) reimburse Lessor for all costs and expenses associated with the audit.
