Royalty Payments. Running royalties shall be payable on a quarterly basis, within sixty (60) days after the end of each Calendar Quarter, based upon the Net Sales during such Calendar Quarter. Royalties shall be calculated in accordance with GAAP and with the terms of this Article 7.
