Common use of Royalty Rate Clause in Contracts

Royalty Rate. Subject to the other terms of this Section 6.4, for each calendar year during the Royalty Term Tarsus shall pay: (i) a [***] percent royalty on the first [***] dollars of Net Sales of a Licensed Product in such calendar year; (ii) a [***] percent royalty on the next [***] dollars of Net Sales of a Licensed Product in such calendar year (i.e. the portion of such Net Sales between US$[***] and $US[***] in such calendar year); (iii) a [***] percent royalty on the next [***] dollars of Net Sales of a Licensed Product in such calendar year (i.e. the portion of such Net Sales between US$[***] and $[***] in such calendar year); and (iv) a [***] percent royalty on all Net Sales of a Licensed Product in such calendar year in excess of [***] dollars (i.e. the portion of such Net Sales over $[***] in such calendar year).
