(a) During the term of this Agreement and commencing with the First Commercial Sale of Itraconazole Product, Barrier shall furnish, or cause to be furnished to JPPLP, written reports, including royalty payment due, within sixty (60) days following the end of each calendar quarter for which royalties are due, showing:
