Royalty Reports Due Dates. Commencing with the period including either the first sublicense agreement or the First Commercial Sale, whichever is first to occur, Licensee agrees to make written reports to Licensor quarterly within [**] after the first days of each January, April, July, and October during the Term of this Agreement (“Royalty Reports”). If no amount due has accrued during any reporting period, a written statement to that effect shall be provided.
