Common use of RSI Reimbursement Funding Reconciliation Clause in Contracts

RSI Reimbursement Funding Reconciliation. Bi-annually during the Term of this Agreement, the PROGRAM SPONSOR and DISTRICT will conduct an “end of semester” reconciliation of the RSI Program costs and the RSI Reimbursement funding approved by the California Community College Chancellor’s Office as of January 31 and June 30.

RSI Reimbursement Funding Reconciliation. Bi-annually during the Term of this Agreement, the PROGRAM SPONSOR and DISTRICT will conduct an “end of semester” reconciliation of the RSI Program costs and the RSI Reimbursement funding approved by the California Community College Chancellor’s Office Office, as of January 31 and June 30, based on the number of RSI hours taught by Program Instructors.
