Common use of RSUs Subject to the Plan Clause in Contracts

RSUs Subject to the Plan. The Agreement and RSUs granted under this Agreement are subject to all terms and provisions of the Plan and all such terms and provisions are incorporated into this Agreement. By accepting the RSUs, the Participant acknowledges that the Participant has received and read the Plan and prospectus and agrees to be bound by the terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth in the Plan, this Agreement, and the Company’s policies, as in effect from time to time, relating to the Plan. In the event of a conflict between any term or provision of the Agreement and a term or provision of the Plan, the terms of the Plan will govern and prevail.
