RSV Antibody Patents. Prior to Option exercise, Adimab shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all RSV Antibody Patents. From and after Arsanis’ exercise of the Option in accordance with Section 2.2(b) (Option), Arsanis shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all RSV Antibody Patents.
