RTW Program Evaluation. The development of the Accommodation & Return to Work Policy and Program will begin within 60 days of the ratification of the Memorandum of Settlement. This Memorandum of Agreement will form part of the collective agreement and the Accommodation & Return to Work Policy and Program will be incorporated into the collective agreement.
