Common use of Rubbish and storage Clause in Contracts

Rubbish and storage. You must remove all rubbish from the premises by putting it in the bin or recycling bags in the dustbin or the correct large waste container provided outside, unless your local authority provides otherwise, and put it out to be collected on the relevant days. You must follow any local authority requirements, policies or procedures for the collection of domestic waste and recycling. You must ensure bins are not over or incorrectly filled (ie household waste in recycling bins and vice versa) as these will not be collected. Should this happen, all charges and costs for the removal of this waste will be passed on to the Tenants.
