Common use of Rubbish Removal Clause in Contracts

Rubbish Removal. Landlord agrees to be responsible for the removal of Tenant's ordinary rubbish, the cost of which is included in the Tenant’s rent. However, Tenant shall pay Landlord the cost of removal of any and all Tenant's extraordinary refuse and rubbish from the building. This shall be deemed additional rent that shall be payable by Tenant.
