Rule 10 Clause Samples

Rule 10. All office or other equipment of any electrical or mechanical nature shall be placed by the Lessee in the Demised Premises in approved settings to absorb or prevent any vibration, noise or annoyance. Rule 11: No water cooler, air conditioning unit or system or other apparatus shall be installed or used by any Lessee without the written consent of Lessor.
