Rule 144 Block Trades. Upon request and at least three Business Days advance notice by the Trust, the Corporation shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to cooperate in a timely manner with reasonable requests by the Trust with respect to any Rule 144 Block Trade by the Trust, including delivery of customary certificates to the Corporation’s transfer agent or the Trust’s broker, but excluding the delivery of legal opinions, disclosure letters or comfort letters.
