Rule 144 Reports. During the period from the Closing until the second anniversary of the Closing Date, the Buyer will file on a timely basis all reports required to be filed by it and referred to in paragraph (c)1 of Rule 144 under the Securities Act or any similar successor provisions. The Buyer agrees to promptly file thereafter any such report not so filed.
