Rule of Construction. The Parties acknowledge that, except for provisions incorporated herein as the result of an arbitrated decision, if any, the terms and conditions of this Agreement have been mutually negotiated, and each Party has had the opportunity to obtain advice of its own legal counsel in accepting such negotiated terms and conditions. This Agreement shall be fairly interpreted in accordance with its terms. No rule of construction requiring interpretation against the drafting Party hereof shall apply in the interpretation of this Agreement.
