Rules and Instructions. The establishment of any rules and / or instructions for the ECC 2022 by any of the Indemnities shall in no event limit or reduce my responsibility as a participant and skipper of the ECC 2022 according to this Agreement and Disclaimer or otherwise.
Rules and Instructions. By my signature below, I acknowledge, understand and agree to obey all laws, rules, range rules, and/or instructions from Lotus. I understand that if I violate any laws, rules, range rules, and/or instructions from Lotus, and/or if I have provided any false statement or information to Lotus, that my privilege to enter and participate in activities at Lotus may be temporarily suspended or immediately and permanently revoked with the complete and total forfeiture of any dues, costs, or fees paid to Lotus.
