Rules of Construction and Defined Terms. The rules of construction set forth in Annex A shall apply to this Royalty Right Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference into this Royalty Right Agreement as if set forth fully in this Royalty Right Agreement. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in this Royalty Right Agreement shall have the respective meanings given to such terms in Annex A, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Royalty Right Agreement as if set forth fully in this Royalty Right Agreement.
