Rules of Construction/Conduct. The parties to this Agreement acknowledge and agree that the terms herein were negotiated in good faith and represent the intent of the parties. In the course of negotiations, each party has been represented by a practicing attorney, and that accordingly rules of interpretation that signify that an agreement shall be construed against the drafter shall not apply. In addition, the parties acknowledge and agree that they shall endeavor to resolve any and all issues that may arise under this Agreement in the spirit of cooperation consistent with the intent of this Agreement with the aim of benefiting the entire Whitewater area community and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
