Unless the express context otherwise requires: (a) The words “hereof,” “herein” and “hereunder” and words of similar import, when used in this Agreement, shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement. (b) The terms defined in the singular have a comparable meaning when used in the plural, and vice versa. (c) If a word or phrase is defined, the other grammatical forms of such word or phrase have a corresponding meaning. (d) The headings contained in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement; (e) The terms “USD,” “Dollars” and “$” mean United States Dollars.
