Common use of Rulings of Government Authority Clause in Contracts

Rulings of Government Authority. 22 If, as a result of any action or rulings of any governmental authority, or in response 23 thereto, any amendment that is a material change is required to be made to the Alaska 24 marketing agreement, and is made without the written consent of the Delta MEC 25 Chairman, then the Delta MEC will have the right to terminate Section 1 O. upon 60 days 26 advance written notice to the Company.
