Common use of Run with the Land; Exclusive Benefit of Parties Clause in Contracts

Run with the Land; Exclusive Benefit of Parties. The rights and obligations set forth herein shall run with the land and shall bind and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the parties hereto. This Agreement is for the exclusive benefit of College and City and their respective successors and assigns and not for the benefit of, nor give rise to any claim or cause of action by, any other party. This Agreement shall not be deemed a dedication of any portion of the Pipeline Easement Area to or for the benefit of the general public.
